Thirteen arduous years were spent on research and development.

Dr. Devika Gunasheela has qualified from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore. She was in the UK from 1994 – 2000 where she completed her Post Graduation. Her main training occurred in the West Midlands. She got her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London in 2000 and she came back to India. She is the Director of Gunasheela Surgical and Maternity Hospital and Gunasheela Assisted Reproduction Center Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore and Mysore. Dr. Devika Gunasheela is taking the institute forward in the realm of In-Vitro Maturation of immature oocytes and Fertility Preservation in Young Cancer Survivors by building a team of consultants consisting of surgeons, physicians and radiotherapists involved in treatment of malignancy in Bangalore to make awareness among the medical practitioners who should know about the existence of such an office and overall population. She is a specialist in Infertility Medicine, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and In-Vitro Maturation. She has surprisingly many presentations at national conferences. She has composed a lot of articles in newspapers and co-created many chapters for books.
